Hello! We are Sarah and Zach McDonald.

We started Trim Van Man LLC because we were tired of the “good enough” mentality that is all too common in the construction and remodel industry today. We are dedicated to perfect work built to last a lifetime, every time. Zach is a third generation carpenter with over 10 years of experience in fine finish carpentry and hard surface flooring installation. He does 100% of the installations so you will work with the same person start to finish. If you can dream it, we can make it! We offer free estimates, quick and consistent communication, and a finished product you will love, guaranteed. We can’t wait to hear from you!

"I wanted my main level floors even throughout and replaced with LVP. It was certainly not an easy job, as part of it was carpet and part of it tile and our walls aren't perfectly square. Not to mention we have an entire wall of brick fireplace that needed under cut. There was a lot of demo and prep work involved to get it level and ready for new flooring and trim. The thoughtful and skillful use of trim work evened out the look of those imperfect walls when it was all said and done. It was worth every penny doing the entire main level all at once. I love my floors and trim."
